Professional registration terms

Registration and scope
You must be at least 18, based in the Philippines, and provide accurate professional information. Caregivers must declare that they hold TESDA Caregiving NC II; private nurses must declare that they hold a current PRC nursing licence. Qualifications, experience, training and availability are self-reported. ArugaMatch does not verify certificates or licences and does not award a verified badge.
Registration builds a professional database. It does not guarantee exposure to care seekers, a match, employment, income or care engagements. Professional registration requires agreement to matching-profile sharing. Only completed, available profiles with sharing enabled appear after a care search. You may later pause visibility or withdraw sharing in your account without closing it. Messaging and contact requests are not open during this phase. A match score measures preference compatibility only, not competence or verified qualifications. Public registration totals are not evidence of identity, qualification or professional quality.
Free community platform
ArugaMatch is not a recruitment or placement agency and does not provide or supervise care, employ professionals, negotiate arrangements or manage payments. Registration is free; no subscription or commission is collected for this phase. Do not pay anyone claiming a registration charge on our behalf.
Your responsibilities
Keep your account and recovery codes secure. Provide only your own information; do not impersonate anyone or misrepresent qualifications. Do not upload patient information or government ID documents. Keep qualification details current, confirm availability every 30 days, and review your profile every three months. Mark yourself engaged, unavailable or paused promptly when circumstances change.
We may restrict accounts that misuse the service or provide false information. Contact info@arugamatch.com to raise a concern or request reconsideration. You can close your own professional account at any time. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Care arrangements
Both parties must independently check suitability and credentials, agree on duties, rates and arrangements, and follow applicable rules. Care seekers should verify claimed qualifications directly with TESDA or PRC. ArugaMatch is not an emergency or medical-advice service.
