Rates are fixed per hour for each professional. Duty hours are 12 or 24 per day; duty days range from 1 to 7 per week. Minimums must not exceed maximums.

For live use, credential review and recent availability confirmation must be completed before we can compare location, experience, duty, hourly budget and your other preferences. Results explain both the fit and the gaps. Scores reflect preferences, not clinical quality.

ArugaMatch is not a recruitment or placement agency and does not provide care. Both parties negotiate and agree directly on rates, schedules, duties and arrangements. We do not employ professionals, negotiate agreements, provide or supervise care, or manage payments.

Free, with no commission

No registration, matching, messaging, subscription or commission fees. When activated, credential review will check the qualification; it is not a guarantee of character, competence or future performance.

Keep your professional profile current

Confirm availability every 30 days, review your full profile every 3 months, and submit renewed credentials before expiry. Tell us immediately if you become engaged or unavailable. Expired credentials or overdue availability confirmation remove matching eligibility.
