Your account email is your username. ArugaMatch uses passkeys, so there is no ArugaMatch password to reset. Your device PIN belongs to your device; never share it with us.

Professional qualifications
Qualifications and experience are self-reported. ArugaMatch does not verify TESDA certificates or PRC licences and does not accept credential documents for verification.
Care seekers should check credentials directly with TESDA or PRC before agreeing to care. Keep your profile information accurate and current.
Account recovery requests
Verify the person through their original trusted channel before requesting a recovery code from the database administrator. An email claim alone is insufficient. Reviewer sign-in cannot generate recovery codes or change account roles.
For recovery or account changes, contact the pilot administrator through your original invitation channel. Account help is available from the sign-in screen. Recovery is reviewed manually; no automated email is sent.
